I just had a couple of ideas. Many people don't want others to see private information when applying for staff. Also people can read their staff apps and then make fun of what they said if they don't get in later. I recommend an application part of the webpage. Also add a little chat box so people can easily ask questions without creating TONS of posts and clogging up more important ones. Thanks for reading
I like others reading the apps to that way they can get there opinion but if i ever catch someone making a bad comment on a app they will not be able to even apply if i don't even decide to ban them.
